Center Church’s facility is to be used to bring glory to God, connecting people to Jesus Christ by centering their lives on Him. Although the facility is primarily used for ministry by members, it is also made available to approved non-members. In every instance of building use, Center Church’s building should be used for activities consistent with and/or promote the church’s doctrine as conveyed in its constitution.

Center Church retains the right to determine the appropriate use of the facility and to make its determinations regarding the acceptable use of the facility by members, regular attenders, or non-members alike.

To request use of the building, the below request form should be filled out in its entirety, signed, and submitted.

Please fill out the request form below in its entirety so a determination can be made as to whether the Center Church facility will be able to fulfill your needs. While our intent is to accommodate all reasonable requests, Center Church reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether approval will be granted along with any fees required to cover Center Church costs.

Once the form is submitted, a staff member will review the request and will determine whether approval will be granted along with any usage fees required to cover Center Church’s cost along with any special considerations needing to be addressed, such as a need for a Certificate of Insurance, waivers, security needs, etc.
